Blog Layout

Published by Janus on April 4, 2009

I’ve made a number of changes to the layout of the blog. The banner has (obviously) been redone, the main text body is now wider (and elastic) and I’ve made a few tweeks under the hood that you’ll likely never notice. The other thing I’ve done is changed the title of the blog. There was nothing wrong with the old title (“The Diary of a Secular Conservative”) – I just decided to make a shameless change to include the word blog for SEO purposes. None of the content was harmed during the making of this layout. If you have any problems with it (mechanical or critical) let me know so I can take a look at them. If the problem is technical, please be sure to include what browser you’re using so I can try it out for myself.

The links on the right are displaying for me at the bottom of the page instead of at the top next to the text. This isn’t really convenient. I’m using firefox 3 on an 800 x 600 resolution monitor.

Hrm. Looks fine in 3.0.8 (latest version) in that resolution to me. Let me see if I can run down the problem.

The A-Team is on it ;)
